We're spread across UTC-3 to UTC+9. Most work happens in writing, in our own time, without meetings as the default coordination tool.

Everyone here owns a wide surface. Engineers ship to production on day one. Compliance leads write directly to founders. We hire fewer people than the work would suggest, and we pay them well.

Documents over decks.

We write proposals as memos, not slides. Decisions live in written form. Less performance, more thinking.

We are not chasing a 24-month exit. The work compounds: the longer an entity is on the platform, the more useful Goodstand becomes. We hire people who want to build something for a decade.
