About the role
You will lead managed-filing operations and be the primary compliance voice for founders on our platform. You work alongside our attorney network for matters that require licensed counsel.
What you'll do
- Oversee annual reports, BOI updates, Form 5472, and reinstatement workflows
- Interface directly with founders on filing questions and next steps
- Coordinate with our attorney network on edge cases
- Help refine filing playbooks and internal compliance processes
What we're looking for
- Deep familiarity with US LLC compliance filings and state registry systems
- Experience at a registered agent, formation service, or boutique corporate firm
- Ability to explain complex filing requirements in plain English
- Comfort working async with founders across time zones
Nice to have
- Experience with foreign-owned single-member LLC compliance
- Familiarity with FinCEN BOI reporting requirements
